International Shipping

Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Payment
Payment is charged in full at the time the pre-order is placed. This secures your item and allows us to begin production.
Shipping
Once your pre-order item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.
Changes & Cancellations
Because pre-order items are made or prepared specifically for you, pre-orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once placed, unless the order is significantly delayed or cannot be fulfilled.
